When a pitta is out of balance they can suffer from inflammation, skin rashes, acne, headaches, acid reflux, digestive problems, anger under stress. They have a difficult time sleeping.


Pitta is a fire element and needs to avoid the body from being in the sun too much, take cooling baths rather than hot, walk once the sun has gone down, eat as much raw and cold foods like salads and fruit, avoid eating spicy hot foods. Daily ritual for Pitta

Wakeup 60 mins before sun rise

Breakfast – cold cereals or smoothies

Teeth ritual – after you brush your teeth massage your gums with cardamom and a pinch of rock salt and sesame oil

First Morning drink a quarter cup of Aloe Vera juice
