Temperament

A fire personality is much more stable than their type name suggests. You are the most stable of all three types of dosha. Looking at life in clarity and a very logical thinker. Out of balance

When a pitta is out of balance they can suffer from inflammation, skin rashes, acne, headaches, acid reflux, digestive problems, anger under stress. They have a difficult time sleeping.

Balanced

Pitta is a fire element and needs to avoid the body from being in the sun too much, take cooling baths rather than hot, walk once the sun has gone down, eat as much raw and cold foods like salads and fruit, avoid eating spicy hot foods. You can burn yourself out by adding more and more stimulants like coffee and warm drinks, but you need to cool down and relax in order to recharge. Daily ritual for Pitta

Wakeup 60 mins before sun rise

Breakfast – cold cereals or smoothies

Teeth ritual – after you brush your teeth massage your gums with cardamom and a pinch of rock salt and sesame oil

First Morning drink a quarter cup of Aloe Vera juice

Shower/bathing routine – massage the body starting from the feet up to the heart with Your Ayurvanna Pitta oil, in soft gentle movements to relax the mind and body, then shower using a few drops of this oil in the day to help reduce tension.
